A student-led, mixed-use development in the heart of Wembley

We held a series of in person and online consultations during the week commencing the 6th June to allow residents and stakeholders the opportunity to have their say, learn more about the proposals and hear from the project team. Creating new high-quality student accommodation alongside mixed-use modern workspaces

Located close to excellent transport links and local amenities, Wembley Edge will deliver high-quality student housing, including affordable student rooms, vibrant new workspaces and a wide range of on-site facilities – from gym and study spaces, to communal cafeteria and relaxation room.

At the ground floor, c.4,000 sqm of new light industrial space will be created – providing opportunities for everything from creative studios and local start-ups to innovation clusters.

Above this, new ‘arcade-style’ layouts will create a variety of common spaces for residents to meet, socialise, study and relax.

Wembley Edge Property Ltd aims to bring forward proposals that will deliver exciting new uses, in line with the area’s vibrant character. As surrounding sites have been transformed to provide new homes and student rooms, the current waste uses on the site are no longer compatible with the new emerging character.

This consultation website outlines the current stage of the proposals and seeks to gain your feedback.
